Russian members of the first world non profit organizations (human rights, clergy, etc.) are barred from the government and municipal service


As a founder and Grand Master of the Order of The Web (ULC), hereby I do create the new titles of the "Knight of Dishonor" (Order of The Web, ULC) and "Squire of Dishonor" (Order of The Web, ULC).

Hereby I do grant every active and former officer of KGB/FSB the title "Knight of Dishonor". From now on, every one of them may also be known as "Dishonorable Sir". Hereby I do grant every member and every informer of KGB/FSB, not entitled to the title of "Knight of Dishonor" - the title "Squire of Dishonor". From now on, every one of them may also be known as "Dishonorable Esquire" (abbreviated DH Esq.).

Naturaly, these titles do grant their holders all the right of membership in the Order of The Web, ULC. And the order, actually, does qualify as the non profit organization, registered in USA. Therefore, I do expect all the new members of the Order to forfeit their official posts in the Russian State.
